IPM
turns
30!
In
1978,
Bob

saw
an

a
vision
of
the
future.
In
the
years
that
followed,
he
became
a

These
settings
are
available
in
the
"properties"
page
for
the

Currently,
as
of

we
are
experiencing
problems
with
one
IPM
user
under
Windows
Vista
Home
Premium,
and
one
under
Windows
Business.
The
main
issue
is
that
certain
screens
in
IPM
seem
to
"freeze"
and
become
inactive
-
and
impossible
to
close.
We
are
working
to
resolve
these
issues
and
will
keep
the
forum
posted
on
the
status.
There
are
also
problems
printing
from
Vista
initially
but
that's
resolved
my
setting
the

in
Windows
before
starting
IPM,
setting
the

in
IPM
and
then

We
encourage
you
to

Windows
Vista,
and
plan
your
transition

next
year.But
if
you
find
yourself
forced
to
convert
to
Vista,
IPM
will
be
there
with
you.

IPM
2007

Pre-Release,
with
a
release
candidate
available
for
general
public
testing.
FullHouse
Software released the first build of IPM 2007 for Beta Testing on New Years'
Day.
This release culminates a process that began in September, when Realty
Automation became FullHouse Software. One of the top priorities of FullHouse
Software from day one was to provide IPM's users with updates that were valuable
to them. FullHouse began by querying IPM users for features they needed, changes
they wanted to see, and bugs they were experiencing.
While not all requests are incorporated into
IPM 2007, it is customer requests that point the direction for development. Many
requests that could not be accommodated in IPM 2007 are included as
specifications for the major version release planned for IPM 2008.
The key enhancements for the
IPM 2007 include:
-
email support for tenant/member, vendors
and owners
-
new fields throughout- email addresses,
fax numbers, cell phone numbers, extra address lines, insurance info. Too
many to list!
-
new End-of-Year Wizard
-
Check printing enhancements including
CPA (Canadian) date format, memo fields
-
New Move In and Move Out wizards
-
Printing to PDFs
-
Interface enhancements and general
fresher "look and feel".
-
And LOTS of fixes!
If you are interested in becoming a beta
tester or have an enhancement request, please email technical.support
