We announced this survey of IPM 10 users in Newsletter, Volume IV Number 3, and made it available for a month
and here are the results.
Unfortunately we didn't receive enough responses to make the results statistically significant. However, despite this really, really small sampling, we did get some interesting
information. Since all the respondents have been using IPM for more than 8 years, we're not surprised that one quarter of them loved IPM 10, one quarter were warm on it, one quarter okay with it, and one quarter didn't like it.
This merely supports the anecdotal information we have after several years of technical support - and does reinforce our release of IPM Classic
for those who just don't like IPM 10. The other fascinating result was to see how important web-enabled features like tenant screening are! That's very useful in our planning, and we'll take in that and everything else we've learned from the survey.
