Whether you're beginning to use IPM after years with another system, going from manual to computerized property management, just filling in your knowledge, or training a backup, FullHouse Software's training courses and consulting are your best resources.

We have experienced, approachable trainers who are actual property managers who use IPM. Our courses are designed to be brief, focused and complete. Our consultants are working property managers with hands-on experience using IPM to automate offices, implement  process redevelopment and get things done!

NOTE:  FullHouse Software and its trainers/consultants are not CPAs, and cannot offer accounting advise.  Please consult your local CPA about the requirements in your area. We can teach you how to use the software, but what you do with it is up to you!

Live  IPM 2007 Training Courses

IPM Courses are provided via remote connectivity services, so you take them at your PC in your home or office. Requirements for IPM courses include a fast internet connection such as  DSL, Cable modem or faster (not dial-up), and the latest update of IPM 2007. Additional prerequisites are listed for each course.  We charge per "connection" and recommend that you have more than one person attend at a time; 2-4 is an ideal learning environment.

  • IPM Basics:  45 minutes, $99 per computer
    This course covers how to get started with IPM, including the structure, principles and concepts necessary for success.  Includes overviews of setup, monthly cycle, report printing, and hands-on use.
    Prerequisites:
    familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping,  familiarity with property management, familiarity with Microsoft Windows.

  • IPM Intermediate:  45 minutes, $99 per computer
    This course covers additional functions such as reversing and NSF checks, miscellaneous receipts and disbursements, back up strategies, and "sharing". 
    Prerequisites: Successful completion of IPM Basics course, or instructor permission.

  • The Year End Close: 45 Minutes, FREE to Maintenance Plan members

Help! You've got too many things to do, too many conflicting priorities, and now you've got to deal with IPM!
