All our software installs in Demonstration mode. Installations may require an 'activation code' after they are installed to convert them to the proper edition or to enable additional features.  IPM 10 and IPM Classic can both be activated online. We're happy to help install any update via remote live support.

IPM 10 Releases and Updates

Investment Property Manager 10

Supports Windows XP, Vista and 7, 32-bit or 64-bit

Includes User's Guide, 'Making the Transition' and other documents.

 If you're switching from IPM2007, we strongly recommend running IPM 10 in parallel with IPM 2007 for at least a month.  Contact Technical Support or call 866-864-4837  for more information.

Minimum system requirements: Windows XP SP 2 or Vista,
1 gHz processor and 1 gig of RAM; 2.5 gHz dual processor and 2 gig of RAM recommended. (A quad processor 64 bit machine is recommended for databases with over 300 tenants.)

It is 100% compatible with IPM 2007 databases, and can work with IPM 2007 on the same databases at the same time. See more about IPM Classic Here. 

Minimum system requirements: Windows 95,
384 mHz processor and 256 mB of RAM; 1 gHz  processor and 1 gig of RAM recommended. (Basically, if you can run Microsoft Word, you'll be able to run IPM Classic)

NOTE: If you will be sharing a database with IPM Classic and IPM 2007, you need to update to IPM 2007.22 below.

Updates are available via IPM Classic's Automatic Updater.

 Does not support 64-bit Operating Systems

IPM 2007.22: Service Pack
 Does not support 64-bit Operating Systems
 This updates earlier releases of IPM 2007 and is not needed with the full installation above. No Password required. This update is required if you are sharing your IPM 2007 database with IPM Classic. Click here for details about this release.


  

IPM 2007 Report Writer
Does not support 64-bit Operating Systems
 This installs the IPM 2007 Report Writer on PCs with IPM 2007 and the Report Writer option.  Password required. This product is no longer supported.

This update is password protected, and requires that you have IPM 2007 installed previously on the PC.
