Position: Developer/Customer Support
Primary developer for
IPM, using Visual Studio 2005/2008. Creates enhancements, fixes bugs. Works extensively with end-users, support
staff and senior management to resolve basic to advanced database issues.
Required Skills: Visual Basic 2005/2008, SQL, basic MS
Access
Desired skills: database administration, VB 3.0, remote access troubleshooting
and debugging, double entry bookkeeping.
Must be
comfortable multitasking while juggling conflicting priorties, a crazy boss, and servicing customers
with minimal computer experience in crisis; must be a self-starter requiring minimal
supervision, and be able to really, really think outside the box. Must have a good sense of humor, the work ethic of a dray horse,
a charming phone persona and unwavering standards.
Compensation commensurate with skills and experience, and how much money we're
making.
Remote Position: Trainer/Consultant
Responsible for remote live training for
IPM Classic and IPM 10, reporting to Training Manager. Follows an
established curriculum to ensure new customers have basic success skills and are
aware of the resources available to them.
Required Skills: excellent verbal communications, above average computer skills
including remote access technology, general understanding of double-entry
bookkeeping. Basic pedagogical experience focused on adult learners in a
business environment.
Desired skills: practical experience with property management software,
especially IPM.
Must be
able to think on your feet, project a sense of humor, calm terrified
computer-phobic students, and build a positive rapport. Must be able to
represent FullHouse Software.
May work from home. Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
Remote Position: Sales Associate
Reports to the Sales Manager. Responsible
for telephone and email initial contact with leads provided by FullHouse
Software's web site and other sources. Qualifies leads and determines
appropriate followup. Uses remote access technology to perform demos, answer
questions and install software as necessary. Closes sales and provides complete
track on same.
Required Skills: excellent verbal communications, above average computer skills
including remote access technology, general understanding of double-entry
bookkeeping. Understanding of low-pressure, permission marketing and sales. Must
be able to represent FullHouse Software to potential customers.
Desired skills: experience with property management software, software sales.
May work from home. Generous commission plus expenses, may develop into draw or
salary.
