Our Philosophy

No pompous "mission statements" here. Our goal is to service our customers with the best software possible and we've turned our company upside down to accomplish that.

We recognize that our existing customers are every bit as valuable as new customers. They are invested in us, and know how our products should work to serve them.

So we've put our money where our mouth is: 'new sales' is at the bottom of our corporate heirarchy, and 'customer support' is at the top.

Therefore our maintenance plan is key to our business. That means we have to prove ourselves to our customers every year, and have to provide excellent, continuing value after the sale.

To date, we seem to be succeeding - with over 85% of our customers renewing annually, despite a faltering real estate industry!
